Bill Castner was born singing, at the age of 6 he starting singing in church with the adult choir at Christmas time, his first song was Silent Night. By the age of 11, Bill was entertaining audiences throughout the Chicagoland area with his unique voice and artistic dance style. Bill continued with his success, by performing in many venues in the Chicagoland area. Bill moved forward in his career and at the age of 20, he successfully developed the first "Mobile DJ Company" in the Chicago area: LTD Music (Live to Dance). His accomplishments flourished as he entered into many other aspects of the profession, Dance Instructor, Choreographer, Interior and Sound designer for nightclubs like Jukebox Saturday Night, Blue Suede Shoes just to name a few. He continued his entrepreneurship by opening the Singing Star one of the first karaoke businesses in the Chicago land area and the surrounding suburbs.

Bill relocated to Florida twenty four years ago and has been entertaining at several venues, and events. He still continues to perform throughout the United States and of course his home town of Chicago.

Bill has had the pleasure of performing with various entertainers, Frankie Avalon, Pat Boone, The Dixie Cups, Frankie Ford, Freddie Boom Boom Canon, Chubby Checker, Bobby Palermo, Joe Dee and Lola & The Saints just to name a few.
